In depth feasibility, cost and technical reviews. This allows the client to make informed decisions in the planning of their project.
Detailed budgeting and estimating
Design and Documentation: In collaboration with the tenant determine the project specific requirements for design and documentation. Commission and manage the design process.
Tendering and Project Costing: Depending on the size and complexity of the project provide competitive pricing based on competent and proven sub trades
Construction Management: In collaboration with the property management staff, ensure that the work is completed to meet both the tenants and the building’s expectations.
Project Completion: Ensure that the project is delivered to meet the client’s requirements. Facilitate move co-ordination with the building and ensure that all aspects of the projects are completed.
Project Close Out: Ensure that all close out procedures are completed and all deficiencies are rectified.
