COVID 19 Notice & Announcement

Northam Realty Advisors Limited takes the health and safety of our staff, tenants and visitors seriously, and this remains at the forefront as we make decisions in the rapidly evolving situation. In response to the closure of all non-essential businesses implemented by the Province of Ontario, and the State of Emergency declared in the City of Toronto, all buildings that are managed by Northam Realty Advisors Limited will remain accessible in order for our essential service tenants to be able to remain operational.

Northam will maintain alternating schedules for our essential onsite personnel to ensure full functionality of each building.

Beginning July 7, 2020, all staff, visitors, customers, and tenants are required to wear a mask or face covering upon entering and remaining within all buildings owned or managed by Northam Realty Advisors Limited as per the City of Toronto Bylaw 541-2020. The mask or face covering must cover the nose, mouth, and chin. Temporary removal of the mask or face covering is permitted where necessary for the purposes of receiving services. 

During this time, Our NorthamOne phone line, portal, and email will remain open during regular building hours for essential maintenance requests and afterhours for building emergencies.

Northam will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as required.
