The BOMA 360 Program evaluates commercial properties in six major areas; building operations and management, life safety/risk management; training and education; energy; environment/sustainability; and tenant relations/community evolvement.  This performance program designation makes Northam standout as industry leaders and demonstrates to tenants and prospective tenants that 483 Bay Street is managed to the highest standards of excellence.

We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment!  This is a very difficult designation to achieve and very few properties in Canada have earned the prestigious BOMA 360 International award.
