BOMA BEST Building Certification

We are pleased to announce that two of our properties have received BOMA BEST Certification. The Ontario Design Centre at 260 King Street East was awarded BOMA BEST Silver with a score of 75%, a great achievement for a building of this vintage. The SouthCreek Corporate Centre at 105 Commerce Valley West was awarded BOMA BEST Gold  with a score of 83%, this is the second highest level of achievement.

The Building and Owners Managers Association of Canada (BOMA) has specifically developed this unique national certification program for existing commercial buildings in order to recognize and reward environmental leadership within the commercial real estate industry.  We wish to commend the management and operations teams for their hard work and dedication and would especially like to thank Anna and Hao for spearheading the initiative.
