BOMA Achievements

We are thrilled to announce that on Saturday, March 10th at the BOMA Edmonton Awards Gala, our Northam building located at 10405 Jasper Avenue in Edmonton was awarded two of the most prestigious awards in our industry. Humford Management, managing on behalf of Northam, achieved both the Certificate of Building Excellence and the TOBY award (The Outstanding Building of the Year) for 10405 Jasper Avenue. We are truly pleased with their accomplishment and for meeting our high expectations. During the competition process, which involves months of dedication and preparation, all facets of a building are evaluated based on a variety of categories. Congratulations to the team in Edmonton, and we look forward to 10405 Jasper Avenue moving on to compete in the national awards!

Secondly, we are very proud to announce that 55 Commerce Valley Drive West in Markham has been awarded with the BOMA BEST Platinum, the highest level of achievement in this environmental program. BOMA Canada developed this unique certification program in order to recognize and reward environmental leadership and energy performance within Canada’s commercial real estate industry. Congratulations to the team at Commerce Valley Drive on this impressive achievement!
