2018 BOMA Toronto Celebration of Excellence Gala

We are pleased to announce that on May 23rd, at the 2018 BOMA Toronto Celebration of Excellence Gala held at the Fairmont Royal York, 245 Yorkland Boulevard, 4950 Yonge Street and 55 Commerce Valley Drive were each awarded with a Certificate of Excellence Award. The Certificate of Excellence proudly recognizes excellence in property management and the people behind it. This achievement reflects a true dedication to performance quality and perpetual high standards. Buildings competing for this award were judged based on a variety of categories including, but not limited to, building management, sustainability initiatives, community impact, operations and energy management among others.

We would like to sincerely congratulate Chris Federchuk, Anna Ashabo, Hao Le, Helina Rajput and their teams for the diligent preparation put forth into their submissions and their consistent commitment to excellence. We would also like to thank Stan Jones and Angela O’Donnell for their efforts and assistance with the submissions.
