BOMA Achievements

We are pleased to announce that 55 Commerce Valley Drive, 105 Commerce Valley Drive, 150 Commerce Valley Drive, 235 Yorkland, and Queen’s Quay Terminal have all been awarded with BOMA 360. BOMA 360 allows us to compete competitively against other international submissions in the BOMA International awards in Boston on July 21, 2021. BOMA 360 Performance Program sets the standard worldwide for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. Earning the prestigious BOMA 360 label demonstrates that a building is outperforming the competition across all areas of operations and management.
