We are thrilled to announce that 207 Queens Quay West was just awarded LEED Gold! We are truly pleased with their unbelievable accomplishment in certifying this historic 100-year-old converted warehouse! During the certification process, which involves many, many months of dedication and preparation, aimed to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts in order to recognize and reward Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. Congratulations to Stan Jones, Sonia Russo, Natalie Presot, and their fantastic team at 207 Queens Quay West on this impressive achievement!!
