Northam Realty Advisors’ Asset Management team is very excited and proud to announce that our Property Management, Leasing, and Accounting groups will be taking over the day-to-day operations of one of our existing properties, 6880 Financial Drive (otherwise known as RBC Meadowvale Campus). Totaling 811,949 square feet, the Building is a premier two-tower office complex located in the prestigious Meadowvale Business Park in Mississauga with access to Highways 401 & 407.

RBC Meadowvale Campus is a prominent Class A office complex built in 2000 to the highest institutional standards and specifications for the Royal Bank of Canada and was built to support continuous operations, with first class building infrastructure including full power redundancy, UPS support, and superior fiber/communications capabilities. The property has also seen significant recent investment in energy efficiency and sustainability. The property is currently 100% leased to RBC and is a shared ownership with Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO).
