Northam Realty Advisors Limited’s Head Office and Management Site Offices recognize most Ontario statutory holidays and modify business hours accordingly. Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

Our phone lines and emails are not monitored outside of business hours. If you need to submit a Tenant Maintenance request, please do so through our NorthamONE portal.
