• Joanna Wang joins Northam from her previous role as Director of Development at Triovest Realty Advisors, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate development and investment.

• During her 11-years at Triovest, she led the development entitlement process and financial underwriting for more than 4 million square feet of industrial, retail, and office projects.

• She holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Ottawa.

• Outside of work, Joanna is a passionate travel planner and the mastermind behind her family’s most memorable road trips.
