Last night, at the 2017 BOMA Excellence Awards in Toronto, Northam was represented on stage not once, but seven times to receive awards for the buildings listed below in the Certificate of Excellence and The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) in their respective categories. We are delighted to share the standard of excellence that this represents. As a BOMA Toronto guest, Craig Walters was there to present several of these awards.

The Outstanding Building of the Year is awarded to the highest scoring building in each category of the Certificate of Excellence in the Toronto Area. This award is commonly known as the Oscar of the Commercial Real Estate Industry and comes with a great deal of prestige. The winners of this category will now proceed from the Toronto level to BOMA Canada’s National level to compete with others across the country in September.

This year’s awards have set a record at Northam for the number of awards achieved by our properties in one year. We are incredibly proud of these accomplishments and wish to commend Hao Le and Helina Rajput and their team, Chris Federchuk and Anna Quiring and their teams, and Neil Armstrong and his team. We salute all of the hard work and diligent preparation that went into these competitive submissions while upholding the Northam standard within our industry. Finally we would also like to thank Angela O'Donnell and Stan Jones for their hard work and dedication in making it come together. Congratulations and job well done!
