2017 BOMA Canada Awards

Last night at the 2017 BOMA Canada Awards of Excellence Gala at the Fairmont Royal York, 165 Commerce Valley Drive was awarded the esteemed National TOBY, The Outstanding Building of the Year, award in its category against competitors from coast to coast. We would like to extend a massive congratulations to Hao Le, Helina Rajput and their team for the tireless preparation and consistent dedication that was put forth into this submission. Buildings that submitted for this award were evaluated based on a wide range of categories, from community involvement to operational sustainability management.

The BOMA Canada Outstanding Building of the Year is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, recognizing quality in commercial real estate buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. This award is commonly referred to as the “Oscar” of the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

With this achievement, 165 Commerce Valley Drive is now eligible to proceed from the National level to the International level to compete with buildings from across the world in San Antonio, Texas in June 2018.

We are exceptionally  proud of this accomplishment as it is a testament to Northam’s standard of excellence and the teams who continually strive to emulate this.
