We are pleased to announce that 483 Bay Street in Toronto has been awarded the LEED EB O&M PLATINUM designation: for innovation in energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emission reductions and stewardship of resources. The certification process, which involves months of dedication and preparation, is aimed at maximizing operational efficiency, while minimizing environmental impacts, in order to recognize and reward Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
