We are pleased to announce the disposition of the high street retail asset at 326 Queen Street West for the Luxembourg based Northam Canadian Income & Growth Fund FCP-FIS to the franchisor of the tenant.

The property is leased to fashion retailer Brandy Melville and comprises 5,300 square feet of space on one of Toronto’s most coveted urban retail strips. The achieved IRR exceeded the fund’s target return.
