BOMA Announcements

After numerous delays due to the pandemic, on September 22, 2020 our properties at 235 Yorkland Boulevard, Queen’s Quay Terminal and our industrial park -made up of 55, 105 and 150 Commerce Valley Drive West celebrated winning the Toby award in their respective categories at the BOMA Toronto Award.

This win allowed them to move on to compete at the national level, where each property went on to claim the Canadian National Toby Award in their respective categories on October 29, 2020, now making them contenders for the international award.

On Saturday October 9, 2021, BOMA International Toby Awards were held in Boston. We are pleased to announce that Northam won two prestigious International Toby Awards for both Queen’s Quay Terminal in the Historical Building category, and 55, 105 and 150 Commerce Valley Drive West in the Suburban Office Park – Mid Rise category. The International Awards have proven to be highly competitive in both the Industrial Park and Historical Categories throughout the years. Northam is the only Canadian management company to win two Toby awards at the International competition.

We are incredibly proud of these accomplishments and wish to commend; Hao Le, Helina Rajput, Flora Chiu and their team for winning The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) International award in the Suburban Office Park – Mid Rise category (55, 105, and 150 CVD), and Natalie Presot, Sonia Russo, Chris Federchuk and their teams for winning The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) International award in the Historical Building category (Queen’s Quay Terminal).

We salute all of the hard work and diligent preparation that went into these competitive submissions while upholding the Northam standard within our industry. Their drive to be the best managed buildings has not gone unnoticed. Finally we would like to thank Ashley Pablo Mota and Stan Jones for their hard work and dedication in making it come together.
