2021 BOMA Excellence Awards

Thursday June 3, 2021 BOMA Toronto hosted their second Virtual Certificate of Excellence Awards Ceremony, due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic. We are pleased to announce that Northam was represented not once, but four times. We are incredibly proud of these accomplishments and wish to congratulate:

Sonia Russo, Roisin Power, Chris Federchuk and their team for winning the Certificate of Excellence and The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award in the Office Building 100,000 – 249,999 Sq. Ft. category (2 Carlton Street).

Michelle Bressette and Chris Federchuk and their team for winning the Certificate of Excellence in the Office Building 500,000 – 1 Million Sq. Ft. category (4950 Yonge Street).

Neil Armstrong, Norman Olshansky, Eagen D’Mello and their teams for winning the Earth Award in the Office Building Over 1 Million Sq. Ft. category (483 Bay Street).  

Hao Le, Helina Rajput, Flora Chiu and their teams for winning the Earth Award in the Office Building 100,000 – 249,999 Sq. Ft. category (55 Commerce Valley Drive West).

We salute all of the hard work and diligent preparation that went into these competitive submissions while upholding the Northam standard within our industry. We would like to also thank Ashley Pablo Mota and Stan Jones for their hard work and dedication in making it come together.
