BOMA Announcement

We are thrilled to announce, Thursday April 27th at the BOMA Edmonton Awards Gala, our Northam building located at 10405 Jasper Avenue in Edmonton was awarded the most prestigious award in our industry. Canderel Management, managing on behalf of Northam, achieved the TOBY award (The Outstanding Building of the Year) for 10405 Jasper Avenue. We are truly pleased with their accomplishment and for meeting our high expectations. During the competition process, which involves months of dedication and preparation, all facets of a building are evaluated based on a variety of categories. Congratulations to Carole Lajoie and her team in Edmonton, and we look forward to 10405 Jasper Avenue moving on to compete in the national awards in Edmonton this September!
