BOMA Announcement

Thursday September 15, 2022, BOMA Canada hosted the National TOBY Awards Ceremony Gala, in Charlotteville PEI.  We are pleased to announce that Northam Realty Advisors Limited won the National TOBY Award in the Historical Building category for 250 University Avenue.  Neil Armstrong and his team will now move on in 2023 to compete in Kansas City at the international level for the prestigious International TOBY Award.

We are extremely proud of Neil and the 250 University team for winning this distinguished award and representing Northam so well on the national stage and wish them good luck at the next level of competition.  Their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail played a big part in this victory that all of Northam can celebrate.

National TOBY Winner - Historical Building

The BOMA Certificate of Excellence is a certification program that involves many months of preparation by all building staff. Competitors must meet and exceed standards in building management, operations and design, tenant relations and community impact, energy management and conservation, emergency preparedness, environmental, regulatory and sustainability initiatives, and training of building personnel.  The National TOBY Award is presented the top Certificate of Excellence winners from across Canada.  National TOBY Award winners move on to compete at the international level
