As the Senior Vice President of Asset Management here at Northam Realty Advisors, Carrie has been a driving force behind the company’s success, spearheading strategic initiatives that have expanded the company’s portfolio and solidified its position as an industry leader.

Her leadership has been exemplified in day-to-day management of her teams, but most recently, under Carrie’s leadership, her team successfully completed two landmark leasing transactions in 2025: one of the largest renewal deals exceeding 550,000 square feet, and a new lease deal over 375,000 square feet. These complex negotiations showcased her exceptional ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, execute strategic planning, and communicate with clarity and precision.

Beyond her professional achievements, Carrie is a deeply committed mentor in the real estate industry, generously sharing her expertise and guidance with emerging professionals. Throughout her career, she has actively engaged in mentoring initiatives offered by leading real estate organizations dedicated to advancing women in the industry, as well as her responsiveness to colleague referrals and individual requests, she has become a trusted advisor and role model for the next generation of leaders.

Over a remarkable tenure spanning more than 28 years, her impact has extended far beyond her professional roles. Carrie has made remarkable contributions in mentoring the next generation of female real estate professionals. Her leadership in advancing ESG and pay equity initiatives here at Northam Realty Advisors, her unwavering dedication to her team, and her inspiring excellence to drive positive change across the industry make her an ideal honoree of the Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards.
