Executive Leadership Announcement

We are pleased to announce that Prakash David has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Northam Realty Advisors Limited, effective September 1st, 2025. Prakash will oversee all day-to-day operations, in addition to working on bringing in new investors and implementing a growth vision for the company.  Prakash brings exceptional leadership and strategic insight to this role, positioning Northam for continued growth and innovation. 

Craig Walters has been appointed to the position of Executive Chair of Northam, where he will also join the Board of Directors. We are thankful to Craig for his outstanding leadership over the past 28 years, and look forward to his continued contributions in this new capacity.
