  • Responsible for Asset Value optimization of Northam's portfolio with Leasing, Property Management and Finance reporting to him. Involved in all aspects of Northam's acquisitions and business operations.

  • Successfully incorporated the operational and leasing aspects of over 35 property acquisitions into Northam’s operations

  • Previously worked with Markborough Properties Inc., Toronto, Canada
